This loom uses are new larger pegs but uses the Harrisville Traditional Loops to create hotpads/ potholders or you can also strand weave with it. This loom can also be used in the round to create a small adult hat, scarf or cowl.

It has 18 pegs on each size and works perfectly with the traditional design wizard on the Harrisville Design website. You can order 1.5 lb bags of traditional loops or 5lb bags of traditional loops here.

*When weaving on this loom it is best to begin on the two sides and finish in the middle.

Excellent alternative to metal potholder loom

I’ve used this loom exclusively to weave traditional potholders with loops. The pegs secure the potholder so it doesn’t fall apart when finishing.

Made a smaller version of the blanket for a little girl, and it turned out wonderfully. First time I got a epattern, was concerned I wouldn’t understand how to read it, but I had no issues. I’m new to looming. It was easy to understand.

I purchased this MINI 3"X3" HOT PAD LOOM in 2020 and loved it sooooo much that I ordered over 6 more to give as gifts and to make sure I always have one in my traveling bag. The rubber bands work great, and so does the small baby hair ties🥰
