There are so many reasons I love CinDWood looms. One of the reasons is their customer service. I packed up a few of my looms and when I arrived at my destination I noticed one of the pegs had broken. Not because of the quality of my fine gauge loom, it was because of the way I packed it. My 17 inch laptop along with other things was laying on top of my loom and that's what broke a peg.
I didn't know what to do so I called and was guided on how to fix my loom. I was sent a repair kit to fix the loom and it worked perfectly. I would have not known how to fix my loom if it wasn't for the guidance I received.
This company is hands down the best!
