Looms may be returned in like new condition within the first 30 days of purchase with receipt. Customer may receive a refund on the item or an exchange of equal value. We cannot refund or exchange looms that have been in a smoke filled environment. The smoke permeates the wood and the looms are unable to be resold. If loom has been marked with nail polish or marker for knitting we can also not accept it for a refund.
Custom designed looms are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Customers are responsible to repackage the item with padding (paper or bubble wrap) and to pay to ship it safely back to us. We do not refund shipping for returned orders. If loom arrives back to us broken we will not be able to refund you for the loom.
