These were so much fun to make! With lots of ways to customize, it’s easy to make them just the way you want them. I even made a ‘light’ version with a single strand of metallic worsted that came out stunning! Side note: they don’t actually work up inside out like the pattern says but I prefer it that way.
I purchased this loom to knit a blanket using Bernat Blanket Yarn #6 super bulky. This loom is not spaced wide enough to accommodate this size yarn. The knitting is too tight and the yarn can barely fit through the spacing. However, it is a great high quality Cindwood loom. I should be able to use it with #4 and #5 yarn with ease. Just beware - if you're purchasing this queen size loom to use with bulky yarn you may run into some challenges.
