This adorable Cloche Hat by Scarlett Royal was made on the 80 pegs 3/8" gauge loom for the project but honestly, any loom with a 4-peg repeat will work. It is an intermediate pattern with modular knitting with the brim and adding lace at the same time and keeping up with a stitch pattern. Includes the bee applique with the written pattern and a full video tutorial for both.
