This adorable pattern was created by Scarlett Royal on the 24 peg 3/16" gauge loom but can be done on any gauge 24 peg loom. The larger the gauge the thicker yarn and larger the end project will be.  This pattern includes a full video tutorial, along with a detailed photo tutorial. This is an advanced pattern due to the modular knitting to make a bear without seams.
