Shipping Schedule

As you know we are a small family run home business. We do not work on the weekend because we focus on our families during that time. We currently ship orders out orders on MWF. M-F we have people filling the looms for orders made. Since adding so many colors and variety's we don't always have the exact color and shape of a current order on the shelf ready to be sent. So we have to fill them after the order comes in. Because of the current occasional issue of pegs popping out, we have decided to let looms that had to have pegs glued in that day, sit over night to completely dry and then package them to see if that would help solve that issue. Because of this, if you order your loom on the weekend and it is not one that is already filled on the shelf. It will get pulled on Monday and filled, dry on Tuesday, and be shipped on Wednesday. That still stays within our current shipping policy which is 3-4 business days. Priority mail will take 2-3 business days from the day we ship to arrive within the U.S. and you should receive a tracking notice that your items have been shipped.
